The Sunday Night Leagues

Fraternity Basketball

The Sunday Night League (SNL) is an intramural basketball league that began on the campus of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign during the winter of 2009. The SNL first started as an outlet for the Sigma Alpha Mu, Rho Chapter, to get out and give back once per week, two things that can get lost in the shuffle of college life. As we like to say, the SNL offers university students the opportunity to partake in basketball with a purpose. In the Fall of 2012, the SNL expanded to incorporate the Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity and both houses have been greatly involved ever since. We are eager to help others groups, whether it be fraternities or otherwise, expand both their physical and philanthropic efforts. As such, we invite our current participants to keep up the good work and those looking to get involved to please reach out to any or all of our board members.
